The story behind Selbu Systems

I started Selbu Systems to help growing businesses solve a problem I’ve seen over and over: the tools are there, the data is there, but the systems connecting everything are not.

My work has consistently centered on the same challenge across industries: reducing manual work, connecting fragmented information, and turning data into systems people can actually use. I’ve applied that approach in e-commerce and consumer goods, financial services, real estate, and AI-driven environments — building high-volume infrastructure, automating reporting and workflows, developing forecasting and investment models, and creating AI-powered applications that work directly with business data.

Before working in technology, I spent six years in the U.S. Army as a combat engineer sergeant. That experience shaped the way I approach systems today: they should be practical, reliable, and built to work when people actually depend on them.

Selbu Systems is intentionally founder-led. I lead the strategy and scope for every engagement and stay directly involved through delivery, keeping the technology tied to the business outcome it is meant to support.
